Refund Policy

How Xylon reviews digital purchase issues, duplicate payments, delivery problems, and payment disputes.

Digital purchases

Xylon store purchases are digital items or server benefits delivered to a Minecraft account. Because these benefits can be delivered and used immediately, purchases are generally final once fulfilled.

Refund eligibility

  • We may review refund requests for duplicate payments, accidental duplicate packages, non-delivery caused by Xylon, or clearly unauthorized transactions.
  • Refunds are not normally provided for bans, mutes, rule violations, buyer remorse, account sharing, loss of account access, server changes, perk balancing, or failure to read package details.
  • If a package was delivered to the wrong username, contact staff as soon as possible before using the benefit.

How to request help

  • Open a support ticket on Discord and include your Minecraft username, transaction ID, purchase email, package name, purchase date, and a short explanation.
  • Do not post payment information publicly. Staff will never ask for your full card number or banking password.
  • Requests are reviewed case by case and may require verification through the store or payment provider.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting staff first may lead to automatic removal of purchased benefits, account restrictions, store bans, or network bans while the dispute is investigated.

Delivery issues

Most purchases are delivered automatically, but delays can happen because of payment review, username mistakes, server downtime, or store provider issues. Staff can help verify and redeliver eligible purchases.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when store providers, payment rules, server features, or legal requirements change. The version posted here applies to requests submitted after the update date.
