01
What we collect
- Minecraft identifiers such as username, UUID, IP address, region, gameplay statistics, punishment history, chat and command logs, and server connection activity.
- Community information you choose to provide through Discord, support tickets, forms, ban appeals, staff applications, or direct messages to staff.
- Purchase-related records such as transaction IDs, purchased packages, delivery status, chargeback status, and store account details. Full payment card data is handled by payment providers, not by Xylon.
- Website and technical data such as browser type, device information, referral pages, approximate location, cookies, and basic analytics when these tools are enabled.
02
How we use it
- To operate the server, deliver purchases, maintain statistics, provide support, handle appeals, prevent abuse, and enforce rules.
- To improve performance, security, moderation tools, fraud prevention, player experience, and regional server planning.
- To communicate service updates, support replies, store notices, moderation decisions, and important community information.
03
Cookies and analytics
Our website, store, and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for sessions, security, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, and basic preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some services may not work correctly without them.
04
Sharing
- We share information only when needed for hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, support tools, legal compliance, safety, or server operations.
- We may share relevant evidence with moderation platforms, payment providers, or authorities when necessary to investigate abuse, threats, fraud, or legal requests.
- We do not sell personal information.
05
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is useful for server operation, security, support, purchase records, dispute handling, moderation history, or legal requirements. Some data may remain in backups or logs until those systems rotate out.
06
Your choices
- You can contact staff to request access, correction, or deletion of information where required by applicable law.
- Some information may need to be retained for security, anti-abuse, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal reasons.
- You can leave the Discord, stop using the website, disable cookies, or stop joining the server if you do not want new activity collected.
07
